Best slippers ever. Bought these for my mom last year who suffers terribly with cold feet. She has been extremely happy and cosy. Being able to adjust the heat level day-to-day with the removable pads is brilliant, as they heat the shoe up quickly and stay warm, but can be removed if too hot. She wears them every day and they are still in pristine condition. They were delivered so quickly in time for Christmas, thank you! Getting some for grandma this year!

They look lovely and feel really soft. Just upset at the sizing. I brought a size 8 (even though I’m a size 7) and its very tight on the toes, they are too short (this is without the heated pads in.
Was hoping they’d do the women’s in a size 9 but looking on the website they don’t 🙁

Sizing seems OK. I’m a size 6 and they fit without socks with the heat pads in.
My issues are that it doesn’t say a rough idea how long to heat them for (as a maximum) so not sure how warm or hot you can get them. I bought these to help with my raynauds so not sure these were designed for someone like me.
Also when the gel inserts are warm they are not easy to put into the slippers. They also don’t seem to retain their heat well. Bit of a waste of money.

Hello Suzie, Apologies.. we must have omitted this information on the website. The heats pads when properly heated should keep your feet warm for up to 3 hours depending on the ambient temperature. The heat pads have the instructions on them and usually 45secs at full heat for the pair is enough. If it isn’t them heat them up for 5 seconds bursts till you get the optimal temperature for you.. hot to touch.
It should not be difficult to insert the heat pads . Are you putting them into the pocket(opening ) at the top of the slippers. Some people miss this and try to insert them in the slippers whist being worn.
